Parenting…You have found yourself overwhelmed, tired, and stressed. You are looking for help from a professional that you can trust for yourself, your family, or your child. You have maybe tried other options that did not seem to work. You want to know that your young child is safe and that therapy is tailored to their needs. I can help. I have advanced training in play therapy techniques and an understanding of neurodivergent children and adults.

I will partner with you to find the best solution for your family. You will be apart of the journey with your child because YOU are the expert on your child.

I specialize in working with children ages 2-10. I work with children experiencing a variety of difficulties. I specialize in working with the mental health needs of therapy for autistic children, ADHD-ers, and other neurodivergent brains. I also enjoy working with adults walking through the parenting process and/or learning about their neurodivergence. I have training to work with adults experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and specifically work with adults who have experienced miscarriages, infant loss, and infertility.

If you are using insurance, rates are determined by your insurance company. To learn more about your out of pocket costs and responsibilities, please call your insurance. I am currently credentialed with the following insurance providers:

If you choose to pay out of pocket, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of services. If you choose to use out of network benefits, I will provide a superbill (receipt) of services to submit to your insurance.
